Outlook Builders operates these landing pages to answer homeowner questions about accessory dwelling units and basement finishing in Salt Lake County, Utah County, Park City, and Heber.
What we collect
When you submit the assessment form we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, city or county, project type, financing preference, and any notes you add. Our website host and advertising platforms may also record standard technical data such as pages viewed, referring source, and general location.
How we use it
The project planner also asks about your space, wishlist, style, target investment, property ownership, planning stage, and preferred timing. The cost estimator also asks about finish quality, room counts, kitchens, utilities, access and site requirements to calculate a preliminary estimate. Answers are saved in your browser tab's session storage so you can revisit them during that session; contact details are not saved there. Choosing Start over clears the saved answers. When you request your planning guide by email, your answers, name, email, optional phone number, and request consent are sent to our customer-relationship system along with your preliminary estimate (when using the cost estimator) and campaign attribution, if present, to prepare and email your guide. Quiz analytics record milestones and project type, without your contact details.
We use your information to contact you about your project, schedule a free site assessment, prepare a scope and budget, and discuss financing if you ask for it. A planning-guide request authorizes delivery of that guide by email. Other inquiries are handled using the contact preferences and consent provided with that inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our customer-relationship software, email and phone providers, and, when you request financing help, the financing partner working on your project. Advertising platforms may receive anonymized conversion signals so we can measure ad performance.
